Andrew Chase Castillo, a 31-year-old man from Dallas, Texas, has been missing since September 9, 2022. His last known whereabouts were at the Dallas Veterans Medical Center, where he had been admitted following a call to a suicide hotline. The Waxahachie Police had conducted a welfare check on him at the request of his family and transported him to the medical center due to concerns for his mental health.
