David Edward Williams, a 12-year-old boy with epilepsy and developmental disabilities, was last seen on April 7, 1975, at the New Lisbon State School in New Lisbon, New Jersey. He and his 17-year-old roommate, Steven Anderson, went missing from the state facility, which cared for individuals with disabilities. They were last seen walking toward their residence after playing at a nearby ball field around 4:15 p.m. Neither boy returned, and despite extensive searches, they were never found.
