Patricia Girou, age 45, disappeared along with her husband Jack on June 11, 1975, from St. Louis County, Missouri. The couple was last seen leaving their home in Clayton, Missouri, supposedly to attend a funeral. Patricia was wearing a dress and hat, while Jack, who worked as a tool-and-die maker, reportedly took a .38 caliber revolver with him. The two were said to have entered a large green limousine or Cadillac, and neither has been seen or heard from since.
