Francis "Frank" Cantea, a 19-year-old man from Bremerton, Washington, was last seen on July 3, 1975. On that day, he visited a friend's house to return a record he had borrowed. The friend reported that Francis seemed nervous and declined to stay for a visit, which was unusual behavior for him. When he did not return home, his family became concerned.
