Betty Irene Redmond, a 25-year-old mother of two, was last seen on September 26, 1976, at her home in Pasadena, Maryland. According to her husband, she disappeared during the night, and by the time he awoke the next morning, both Betty and the family’s .22 caliber handgun were missing.
