Nancy Rose, 31 years old, was last seen on May 4, 1980, during a tragic canoeing accident on the Pack River near Sandpoint, Idaho. Nancy, her husband, and another couple were canoeing when their canoe encountered a log jam and capsized. While the others in the group were able to make it to safety, Nancy disappeared in the water, and despite search efforts, her body was never recovered.
