Charles Lewis Lassell Jr., a 19-year-old college student, was last seen on October 27, 1981, in Mystic, Connecticut. His father had dropped him off at around 7:30 a.m. at the intersection of Jerry Browne Road and Coogan Boulevard, where Charles typically waited for a bus to take him to college. However, on this day, he never boarded the bus and was never seen again.
