Thomas Frank Scott, 27, was last seen on August 23, 1984, in Fort Worth, Texas. At the time of his disappearance, Scott had several distinctive tattoos, including the name "Tommy" and red flags on his left arm, and green stars on the tops of both of his feet. He also had a scar on his upper chest. His height was between 5'7" and 5'10", and he weighed between 155 and 175 pounds. Scott's sudden disappearance led investigators to suspect foul play, although few details have emerged over the years.
