Billie Jean Hall, a 24-year-old woman from Jessup, Maryland, disappeared on February 28, 1985, after leaving for Daytona Beach, Florida, to attend a biker convention. She departed in her Datsun Mini Motor Home, accompanied by a friend, and planned to be away for two weeks. The two reportedly met a man named "Aubrey" in Virginia, with whom they traveled to Georgia. After a disagreement, her friend returned to Maryland on March 3, leaving Hall behind.
