Manuel Vargas, aged 49, was last seen on September 13, 1988, leaving his residence in the 2100 block of Cleary Avenue in Metairie, Louisiana. He has not been heard from since. At the time of his disappearance, Vargas was described as a white male standing 5'3" tall and weighing 125 pounds. He had gray or partially gray hair and brown eyes.
