Luke Robinson, a 25-year-old man, was last seen on July 1, 1990, in West Hollywood, California. He stood around 6'0" to 6'2" and weighed approximately 140 pounds at the time of his disappearance. Luke had brown hair and brown or hazel eyes, and he was known to have a strawberry birthmark under his left arm. Additionally, he was missing two front teeth, which had been replaced with false teeth.

At the time of his disappearance, Luke was struggling with mental health issues, including bipolar disorder, and possibly schizophrenia. His condition may have been exacerbated by drug use.
