Terry Slaugenhoupt, a 28-year-old woman from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, was last seen on January 6, 1991. She returned to her Highland Park apartment that evening after going on a date. Soon after, Terry received a phone call and told her roommate she was heading out to a nearby convenience store. She left but never returned, and has not been seen or heard from since.
