On a summer evening in Phoenix, Arizona, a 22-year-old woman named Shelley Corinne Hoke made a phone call that would be the last time her family ever heard from her. It was approximately 6:00 p.m. on June 28, 1991, when Shelley spoke to her parents, telling them she was heading to Sky Harbor Airport to visit them.
