On a summer evening in Moscow Mills, Missouri, 11-year-old Charles 'Arlin' Leon Henderson disappeared while riding his bicycle near his home on July 25, 1991. He was last seen between 5:00 and 5:30 p.m. wearing a camouflage-print t-shirt and pants, gray socks with red stripes, and black sneakers.
