Joyce Marie Kennedy, a 32-year-old woman, was last seen on July 9, 1992, in Marrero, Louisiana. On that day, she got into a black car and told someone she was heading to Buras, Louisiana, approximately 80 miles away. She has not been seen or heard from since. The identity of the driver of the car remains unknown, and the reason for her trip to Buras is also a mystery.
