Eric Scott Gammelgard, a 21-year-old man, was last seen on October 10, 1992, in Auburn, California. He was known to frequent the San Francisco area before his disappearance and led a high-risk lifestyle involving drug use. There were also rumors that he may have owed money to drug dealers at the time he went missing. Gammelgard was reported missing after failing to maintain contact with his family and friends, and there has been no activity on his Social Security number since.
