Chance Wackerhagen, a 9-year-old boy, disappeared from Lockhart, Texas, on December 26, 1993, while spending the holidays with his non-custodial father, Lee Wackerhagen. On the day after Christmas, Chance and his father were last seen having dinner at a local restaurant. The following day, Latricia White, Lee’s girlfriend, was found shot to death in her home, but both Lee and Chance had vanished.
