In the spring of 1995, a young man named Bob Perry Austin, Jr. vanished under perplexing circumstances from Jefferson, Louisiana. On March 10th, the 19-year-old was last seen fleeing from Ochsner Hospital. Eyewitnesses reported that he was running in the direction of the nearby levee. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing only green floral shorts and white socks, with no shirt or shoes.
