Donald Izzett Jr., a 19-year-old from Cumberland, Maryland, was last seen on May 14, 1995. At the time of his disappearance, Donald had been traveling across the country following a break from college, where he had been studying at a university in Georgia. He had recently told his mother, with whom he had a close relationship, that he was planning to visit friends in Texas. However, after this conversation, his mother never heard from him again.
