Patrick Wayne Mello, a 13-year-old boy, was last seen at his home in Needles, California, on July 28, 1995. Initially, authorities believed Patrick may have left the state with other juvenile males, as there were reported sightings of him in Laughlin, Nevada. However, these sightings were never verified.
