Gregory Louis Tackett, a 22-year-old man from Laguna Beach, California, was last seen on February 28, 1996. He had a history of psychiatric issues and was prescribed Navane and Cogentin for his condition. Tackett had disappeared before due to his mental health struggles, and his disappearance in 1996 was believed to be related to these issues. He was living at home at the time and has not been heard from since.
