Jose Moreno Caballero, a 36-year-old man, was last seen on March 7, 1996, in Dumas, Texas. On that day, a relative dropped him off at a bus station, as he was preparing to travel to El Paso, Texas, for a family reunion. However, Caballero never arrived at his destination and has not been heard from since. His family noted that he seemed nervous about the trip, which has raised questions about his state of mind leading up to his disappearance.
