Julia Garcia, 27 years old, was last seen on March 15, 1999, at her home in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She disappeared under unclear circumstances, taking her two children with her. It was speculated that she may have gone to Mexico, but there was no evidence indicating that she crossed the border. Julia has not been heard from since, and her case remains unsolved.
