Silas Sessions Jr., a 55-year-old man from Charleston, South Carolina, went missing on July 9, 1999, under unusual circumstances. Sessions lived with his mother on Wolf Street, and on the morning of his disappearance, he told her he was stepping out to buy cigarettes.
