Stephen DeWayne Talley, aged 41, was last seen on August 17, 2000, hitchhiking from Lovingston, Virginia, towards Waynesboro, Virginia. Talley, who suffered from seizures, was known for having a surgical scar on his head, brown hair, and brown eyes. His nickname was "Stevie," and he may have grown his hair long or shaved it.
