April Monique Jacobowitz, a 32-year-old woman, was last seen on October 6, 2002, in Germantown, Maryland. At the time, she was living on the 12400 block of Great Park Circle but reportedly left that area in November or December 2002. Despite being estranged from her family, April maintained contact with her two young children, who lived with her parents.
