Jay-Quan Mosley, an infant from Jacksonville, Florida, went missing on April 22, 2004, when he was just nine months old. He was last seen with his mother, Lynda Wilkes, at a strip mall on Dunn Avenue in Jacksonville. That afternoon, they were picked up by Jay-Quan’s father, John Mosley, who told authorities that he took them for a short drive before dropping them back at the mall. However, neither Jay-Quan nor his mother were ever seen alive again.
