Phouvong Phasavath, a 29-year-old woman, was last seen on August 17, 2004, at her home in Longwood, Florida. This day also happened to be her birthday. She lived with her husband and children in the vicinity of South Ronald Reagan Boulevard, where she was last seen around 10:00 p.m. After that evening, she disappeared without a trace, and has not been heard from since.
