Jessica Leigh Jenkins, a 30-year-old woman, was last seen on November 8, 2004, in Portland, Oregon. She had ties to both the Portland area and Vancouver, Washington, and was known to live on the streets at the time of her disappearance. Jessica has not had any contact with her family, including her children, since she vanished. Despite the passage of time, no significant leads have emerged to explain her disappearance.
