Missing

David Edward Carter, a 36-year-old man, was last seen on December 14, 2004, in Whiteford, Maryland. On that day, Carter was observed leaving his place of employment on Taylor Road between 2:00 and 3:00 p.m. He was seen getting into a white 1993 Nissan pickup truck with two other men, but he has not been heard from since. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a red sweatshirt, an orange t-shirt, blue jeans, white socks, and tan work boots.
