David Edward Carter, a 36-year-old man, was last seen on December 14, 2004, in Whiteford, Maryland. On that day, Carter was observed leaving his place of employment on Taylor Road between 2:00 and 3:00 p.m. He was seen getting into a white 1993 Nissan pickup truck with two other men, but he has not been heard from since. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a red sweatshirt, an orange t-shirt, blue jeans, white socks, and tan work boots.
Carter had distinguishing features, including a scar shaped like an "H" in the center of his chest and past fractures in his left wrist. He was last known to be living on Aubel Road in Peach Bottom Township, Maryland. Despite efforts to locate him, foul play is suspected, and his case remains unsolved.
