Ibrahim Sesay, a 34-year-old resident of Frederick, Maryland, was last seen on January 28, 2023. Prior to his disappearance, Sesay had a disagreement with an unidentified individual, after which he decided to pack his belongings and return to his home country, Sierra Leone. He had a flight scheduled for January 30, 2023, but records indicate that he never boarded the plane. Since then, all attempts to contact him have been unsuccessful.
