Heather Marie Riggio, age 20, went missing on May 6, 2007, from North Miami Beach, Florida. On the day of her disappearance, Heather was last seen leaving her uncle’s home, getting into a white SUV driven by Clifton Boggess, a man she referred to as her "sugar daddy." Boggess, who had a criminal history including a conviction for attempted murder, quickly became the primary suspect in her case.
