On a winter day in early February 2008, a 48-year-old woman named Qingping Ouyang vanished from Phoenix, Arizona. She was last seen on February 6th in the vicinity of the 2500 block of West Bloch Road. Known also by the name Annie Chilian, Qingping was an Asian female with graying black hair and brown eyes, and she wore eyeglasses. At the time she went missing, she was described as being between 5 feet 5 inches and 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing approximately 120 to 130 pounds. Her disappearance ...
