On a spring afternoon in Brighton, Michigan, a 51-year-old woman named Lubov Nikolayevna Marchenko finished her shift at the Courtyard by Marriott hotel. On April 11, 2008, at approximately 4:00 p.m., she departed from her workplace and vanished without a trace. She was never seen or heard from again.
