German Cristoforo Rosales-Salinas, a 28-year-old man, was last seen on November 27, 2008, in Mamaroneck, New York. He had been living in Pennsylvania and was reported missing after failing to return to work or contact any friends or family. His banking activity abruptly stopped, and his cell phone activity ceased the following day, November 28, with the last known signal traced to Wilmington, Delaware.
