Miguel Soto, 31, was last seen on June 19, 2009, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. That morning, he left work during his lunch break, telling his wife that he was heading to a friend's house to collect money owed to him. He never returned. Miguel's vehicle, a red 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe, was found abandoned on Pajarito Mesa in Valencia County later that day, around noon, but there was no sign of him.

Miguel was last seen getting into a gray low-rider pickup truck with black rims in Valencia County after leaving his own vehicle. His phone was last active at 11:30 a.m. on the day of his disappearance, but he has not been heard from since. Despite an investigation, no solid leads have emerged, although foul play is suspected.

Miguel had a unique appearance, with a tattoo of a joker wearing sunglasses on his left leg, pointed ears, and scars on his head and left hand due to a chainsaw accident.
