At the time of her disappearance, Joyce was described as 5'7", weighing 135 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. She had distinct burn scars on the underside of her left arm, chest, and torso.
On the day she went missing, she was wearing a brown long-sleeved silk blouse, blue slacks, and a chain belt.
