Rita Lorraine Jolly, a 17-year-old from West Linn, Oregon, was last seen on the evening of June 29, 1973. She left her home around 7:15 p.m. for a routine walk but never returned. Witnesses reported seeing her between 8:30 and 9:00 p.m. in the Robinwood area and possibly on Sunset Avenue. Rita was described as wearing a brown Pendleton shirt, army fatigue pants or blue jeans, and low-cut blue sneakers. She walked with an uneven gait due to a prior injury that hadn’t healed correctly.
