Annette Michelle Vail, an 18-year-old woman, was last seen in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with her disappearance officially noted on October 22, 1984. At the time of her disappearance, she was described as a white female, standing 5'6' to 5'7' tall and weighing between 115 and 120 pounds, with light brown, shoulder-length hair and brown eyes.
