Pollyanne Jean Carter, a 15-year-old from Graham, Washington, was last seen on October 29, 1984. She was at a friend's home in the 6700 block of Mathias Road in Graham when she called her family to inform them that she was on her way home. However, she never arrived and has not been seen since. Pollyanne had a history of running away, and her family initially believed she may have done so again, but her prolonged disappearance raised concerns of foul play.
