Angela Loraine Westberry, 17, was last seen on December 1, 1984, leaving Jacksonville, Florida. She was accompanied by her friend, Theresa Hickmon, and two Caucasian men aboard a 42-46 foot boat named *Sea Fever*. The boat, a 1960 Richardson model, was headed towards the Bahamas, where Angela was reportedly planning a vacation.
