Originally from Livingston County, New York, Rose had moved to Florida in 1984 with her boyfriend, Bob Paddock. She worked at a local diner called Big Howie’s Hot Dogs and was last seen leaving her shift. A witness reported seeing her get into a red pickup truck, driven by an unknown man.
