Theada May Fixsen, 34, was last seen in Albany, Oregon, on October 21, 1986. She wasn't reported missing until nearly a week later, on October 27. At the time of her disappearance, Fixsen had a history of mental health challenges and had previously attempted suicide. She was known to have scars on both elbows, as her elbow joints were prosthetic, and she had a chipped left front tooth.
