Ruben Primrose Wiggins, a 50-year-old man from Pitt County, North Carolina, was last seen on November 20, 1988. That morning, Wiggins received a phone call that left him visibly fearful, but he refused to disclose the caller’s identity. Shortly afterward, he left his home with $500 in cash and drove away in his 1978 light blue Oldsmobile. He never returned, and his disappearance has remained a mystery ever since.
