Eileen Marie Robinson, age 27, was last seen on January 27, 1991, in Washington, D.C. She was last spotted in the 500 block of Columbia Road NW. Robinson, who stood 5'2" and weighed approximately 120 pounds, had black hair, brown eyes, and distinguishing scars above her left eye and on her abdomen from a hernia surgery.
