Timothy Russell O'Kane, a 33-year-old man from North Highlands, California, was last seen on May 28, 1991, at his place of employment in Sacramento. He mentioned to his employer that he was heading to Texas to assist an elderly uncle, but his family later confirmed that no such uncle existed.
