In the late summer of 1991, the rural tranquility of the Rockhouse community in Leslie County, Kentucky, was disrupted by the sudden and perplexing disappearance of 33-year-old Rodger Keith Mosley. On August 13th, Mosley departed from his home, a familiar figure to those who knew him, clad in a full green camouflage outfit, including a hat, jacket, pants, and shoes.
