Patricia Patterson Leventhal, age 32, was last seen on the night of August 21, 1991, in Naples, Florida. After attending church choir practice, she returned home and relaxed in the Jacuzzi with her husband. Around 11:30 p.m., she decided to leave the house to get a soda but never returned. Patricia was driving her blue 1991 Volvo, which was later found abandoned in a nearby apartment complex parking lot.
No clues, fingerprints, or signs of foul play were discovered at the scene, and her disappearance has remained a mystery ever since.
Originally from Louisiana, Patricia was a registered nurse with a valid license in that state at the time of her disappearance, leading some to speculate that she might have headed back there. However, there has been no activity on her credit cards, and no confirmed sightings since she vanished. At the time of her disappearance, Patricia had two children from a previous marriage and was living a seemingly stable life with her family in Naples.
