Patricia Patterson Leventhal, age 32, was last seen on the night of August 21, 1991, in Naples, Florida. After attending church choir practice, she returned home and relaxed in the Jacuzzi with her husband. Around 11:30 p.m., she decided to leave the house to get a soda but never returned.
