Paula Phillips, a 26-year-old woman from Tulsa, Oklahoma, was last seen on October 3, 1991. She left her apartment around 7 p.m., telling her brother, Donald, that she was heading to a nearby store. However, Paula never returned, and her family never heard from her again. Donald reported her missing on October 7, but when police attempted to interview him a few days later, he had also vanished.
