Anna Thelma Garrett, a 92-year-old woman, was last seen on January 20, 2001, at her home in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Known affectionately as "Thelma" to her friends and family, her sudden disappearance has remained a deeply concerning and unresolved case for over two decades. On the day of her disappearance, she was reportedly wearing a blue shirt and yellow sweatpants.
